The latest report that things are getting better in Iraq has Dems worried that we might have a military victory. What happens if the plans for the Dems for an embarrassing U.S. defeat backfires. What happens if the brave men and women in Iraq arevictorious despite the political need the Dems have to ensure we
surrender Iraq to our enemies and blame George Bush. What happens if the images of our soldiers fighting and dying on their way out as our enemies celebrate is denied them.
How many lives would have been saved if the Dems would not have joined
forces with our enemies against our Commander in Chief. Imagine if we all would have been on the same page instead of fighting eachother.
Instead of working with and helping these brave Americans, who with their families, are the only ones sacrificing life and limb, the Dems and the liberal press, have been salivating over every bomb detonated since the start of the war, trying to take back their vote, because defeat will ensure victory for them.
How do you think our military personnel feel when people in
Congress, including Hillary Clinton, vote to send them on a mission, and as soon as they get there, start insulting the Commander calling him a liar, stupid, the worst President ever. I'm happy my father isn't here to see this.
You could just see the enemy leaders screaming, " I don't care if its
Sunday, CNN and MSNBC producers get to work at 5-am, you better blow up some Americans before Wolf is on", and lo and behold the useless producers at these outlets fall over each other to get the footage on
air, while calling the closest Dem to get to the studio so he or she can comment on how bad it is over there.
Imagine if these same producers denied the eneny the satisfaction of viewing their handywork. I could just see the enemy with the Big screen and the popcorn in the cave, waiting for Wolf Blitzer as Osama screams
"quiet it's "Wolf". Its no surprise the American people are sick and tired of this. For
four years Chris Matthews has been asking "why are we in Iraq" well if he can not figure it out himself he is clueless. The Washington Post reports :
(House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) said Monday that a strongly
positive report on progress on Iraq by Army Gen. David Petraeus likely
would split Democrats in the House and impede his party's efforts to
press for a timetable to end the war.
Clyburn, in an interview with the washingtonpost.com video program
PostTalk, said Democrats might be wise to wait for the Petraeus report,
scheduled to be delivered in September, before charting next steps in
their year-long struggle with President Bush over the direction of U.S.
strategy.
Clyburn noted that Petraeus carries significant weight among the 47
members of the Blue Dog caucus in the House, a group of moderate to
conservative Democrats. Without their support, he said, Democratic
leaders would find it virtually impossible to pass legislation setting
a timetable for withdrawal.
"I think there would be enough support in that group to want to stay
the course and if the Republicans were to stay united as they have
been, then it would be a problem for us," Clyburn said. "We, by and
large, would be wise to wait on the report)
Well isn't that special. What would happen to the moral of The Indianapolis Colts if during the Super Bowl some of their coaches screaming across the field " coach Dungy is an idiot, and if we are not winning by halftime we will takeour ball and go home". What word do you think the players would be bouncing around the locker room. Well it starts with a T and ends with an N. If you can' figure it out your clueless too.
